This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the delivery of our products.

1. Shipping locations

We currently ship orders within the European Union, including Hungary.
If you wish to order outside of the EU, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During high-demand periods (e.g., new drops, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

3. Estimated delivery time

We aim to deliver all orders within 14 days from the date of shipment.
However, please note that this is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delays may occur due to customs, courier workload, or other external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

6. Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at monacopole@gmail.com

We will investigate the issue and work to find a suitable solution — replacement or refund if necessary.

7. Incorrect address

Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly.
We cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Pick-up Point Delivery (Foxpost / Packeta)

If you would like to receive your order at a pick-up point or locker, please enter the address of the selected location as your Shipping Address during checkout.
Use your own address as the Billing Address.

Example:
Foxpost – Budapest, Allee Shopping Center
Packeta – 1117 Budapest, Október 23. u. 8-10.

We currently do not offer automatic map selection for lockers, so please fill in the exact address manually.
